I means that the insurance company believes that this will save them money because the people they are insuring will get sick less often. If vaccines were likely to cause patients to get sick, it would make no sense for the insurance company to offer bonuses to doctors for vaccinating patients.
Insurance companies are not profit making entities. They exist to advance agendas that you and I can only imagine. Their long game is to see to it that certain diseases are largely eradicated. When this occurs, their objectives will be achieved. Why? Why is the sky blue? If you have to ask you simply don't understand the big picture. And the big picture is that it is imperative for certain diseases to not exist any more.
