Teen accused of impersonating doctor offered plea deal

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- A Florida teen accused of pretending to be a doctor has been offered a plea deal calling for three years in prison followed by five years of probation.

News outlets report prosecutor Mike Rachel offered 18-year-old Malachi Love-Robinson the deal Wednesday.

Love-Robinson was arrested in February after deputies say he was practicing medicine without a license.

That's pretty impressive for an 18 year old. He'll go far in the con business.

Maybe he'll study medicine while he's in the joint.

Hey! If you can have jailhouse lawyers, why not doctors? :lmao:

"He said he specializes in naturopathy, psychology and mental health and performs procedures including detoxification, exercise counseling, hydrotherapy, nutritional counseling and stress management. He claimed to treat ADHD, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, psychiatric diseases, psychosis and substance abuse."

See? He wasn't claiming to be a "doctor-doctor." Just . . . like . . . Doogie Houser's younger brother.
